Proiectul care se desfășoară n Alma Vii din martie 2015, intitulat Centrul de interpretare a culturii tradiționale Alma Vii Reabilitarea și refuncționalizarea incintei fortificate , a nceput n aprilie 2015. Este implementat de către Fundația Mihai Eminescu Trust și partenerul său Institutul Norvegian pentru Cercetarea Patrimoniului Cultural și a fost conceput la cererea localnicilor, n urma mai multor nt lniri comunitare și a unor studii locale. In partnership with the Norwegian Institute for Cultural Heritage Research, the Mihai Eminescu Trust is implementing the project Centre for interpretation of traditional culture Alma Vii Restoration and functional conversion of the fortification . Thus, the fortification walls and its four beautiful towers are under restoration, while the church is undergoing emergency repairs. Even though there is no longer religious service here, on Sundays the local people only go to the orthodox church, the fortified church of Alma Vii has remained the place that keeps the community together.
